Featured: Strawberries and Cream Cake (+recipe)
Cinnamon Roasted Pecan Chips1 bag (2.25 oz) of pecan chips
1 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of butter
1/4 tsp of granulated sugar
In a small skillet, add your bag of pecans, butter, cinnamon and sugar over a med-low heat until the butter melts.
Next, turn the heat up to med while constantly stirring making sure the pecans are throughly coated and to keep them from burning.
In small intervals, let the pecans rest over the heat for 30 secs for the pecans to roast.
After each 30 secs, which will be for about two mins tops, remove from the heat and let cool.
Kidney Bean TurnoversFor the crust of the turnover I used the cheddar biscuit recipe on the box and added a few changes to the crust for proper seasoning. My changes are completely optional if you don't want the extra seasonings.
2 cups Bisquick
3/4 cup milk (soy milk if you do not want to use cow's milk)
1/4 cup butter melted
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese (soy or rice cheese if you prefer)
2 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of seasoning salt
2 cans of dark red kidney beans (or light red)
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder or 3 cloves of fresh garlic
1 1/2 tbsp basil or 3 large leaves of fresh basil
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp of parsley flakes or freshly chopped parsley
Half of a medium onion, chopped finely
Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees.

Give the dry mixture a quick stir to mix thoroughly.

Honey-Buttered Cornbread Recipe (Four Servings)Here is something that I know everyone loves and eats during the
I will show you the recipe for four servings, but if you have a big
family then double or triple the recipe as needed.
1 box of Jiffy Cornbread mix
1/4 cup of sugar
1. In a large bowl, combine your dry ingredients; sift the cornbread mix
and sugar first. Making sure that both are equal parts in the mix.
2. In a measuring cup, combine your wet ingredients, and add
them to the dry ingredients.
3. Mix the batter by hand with a whisk or fork, (the reasoning for
this is to have air all throughout batter so that your cornbread can
remain light, fluffy and moist) until fully moistened.
4. Bake as directed on the back of the box.
5. After the cornbread is done, spread butter evenly on the
cornbread. Follow up with the honey, making sure that you evenly
spread it on top of the cornbread.
6. Cut into squares or slices and enjoy!
Discorded Chocolate Milk
DISCORD CHOCOLATE MILK
2 TO 3 TEASPOONS OF CHOCOLATE COCO POWDER OR CHOCOLATE SYRUP
1 1/3 CUP OF MILK (16 OUNCES OR SO)
COLD WHIP CREAM OR REDDI WHIP OF ANY FLAVOR
COTTON CANDY(PREFERABLY PINK)
Take the coco mix or syrup and stir it into the milk until fully blended and dissolved. Let chill in the fridge for about 30 to 60 minutes.
Fill the glass with the milk leaving 2 to three inches from the rim (top) of the glass. Take the cold, thick, whip cream and line the top of the chocolate milk leaving a inch or two from the top of the glass.
Now finally take the cloud of cotton candy and gently shape it to fit in the remaining space of the glass, lightly resting it on the whip cream covering.
